Exhibition Space

There will be an atrium that will be dedicated to the exhibition and the booths (please see the photographs below) adjacent to the conference auditorium.

Therefore, your stand will be readily accessible by all the conference participants during the dedicated exhibition period and during coffee breaks.

More than that, the poster session will take place just next to the exhibition hall, so reviewing the posters and visiting stands can be done simultaneously and this, we hope, will draw more attention to your stand.

Obviously, exhibitors have free admission to the Conference, and to the coffee breaks, drinks reception and lunches.

Free Publicity

To those companies or organisations that have a booth at ECOWOOD Exhibition we offer the inclusion of publicity, leaflets, for example, in the bags that are given to all conference participants.

Also, the logo and the contact details of your company will be included in the Abstracts Book. In this way, your publicity will last for much longer than just for the conference days themselves.

Price

For a stand for the three days of the conference, our price is € 500.00 (five hundred euros).
